As matr\u00edculas s\u00e3o realizadas no Gin\u00e1sio Poliesportivo Jo\u00e3o Elmiro Manoel, no bairro S\u00e3o Geraldo, situado na avenida Amazonas, \u00e0s ter\u00e7as e quintas, das 8h \u00e0s 11h e 14h \u00e0s 18h. O projeto \u00e9 gratuito e conta com a parceria da Secretaria Municipal de Esportes.<br><br>Para a inscri\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio apresentar os documentos pessoais do aluno e do respons\u00e1vel (maior de 18 anos) &#8211; RG, CPF e comprovante de resid\u00eancia. As turmas ser\u00e3o divididas em duas categorias: inicia\u00e7\u00e3o esportiva e intermedi\u00e1ria, no contraturno escolar.<br><br>De acordo com o secret\u00e1rio municipal de Esportes, Jos\u00e9 Antunes Soares J\u00fanior (Ded\u00e9), iniciativas como essas s\u00e3o importantes para democratizar o acesso de jovens \u00e0 inicia\u00e7\u00e3o esportiva.<br><br>\u201cS\u00e3o incont\u00e1veis os benef\u00edcios que o esporte transmite para crian\u00e7as e adolescentes. Por meio dele, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel desenvolver valores que ser\u00e3o levados para toda a vida.
